Prudential: Welcome to Basecamp (4:48)
This video was created to kick off a town hall event at Prudential. My responsibilities included copywriting, storyboard design, and creative direction.

I directed an external freelancer for the animation.

Intel: Introducing the Member Resource Center (3:01)
This site, showcased in the video, was developed for Intel’s global Alliance partnership. To support the website launch, I created an intro video to help members navigate the portal. We opted not to use a voiceover to facilitate translation into four other languages.

In addition to storyboarding and animating the video, I also designed the UX of the resource site itself.

 

Vyve Broadband: Say Hello to Vyve (1:00)
This struggling Midwest broadband company had a poor reputation among employees and customers. After a buyout and overhaul, it was renamed and rebranded as Vyve Broadband. We created this video to reintroduce the new company to its employees and customer base.

My role included storyboarding, design, and animation.

 

ADP: Engagement Meter Insights (1:46)
ADP’s Engagement Meter is software developed to help employers figure out what drives their employees’ happiness. Created as a B2B sales tool, this video leverages some eye-opening insights and trends—as well as a peek into the software itself.

My role included storyboarding, design, and animation, as well as direction over voice talent.

Finding Purpose at Work

MyPru is an internal web portal designed to support the personal and professional growth of Prudential employees. To launch the platform, I collaborated with HR stakeholders to develop the campaign brief, conceptualized the marketing strategy, and created the logo and visual identity for a cohesive, integrated campaign.

Rethink Conference Kickoff:
Open Your Eyes to the New World of Business

Client: ADP

Rethink is THE Human Capital Management event of the year — hosted by ADP. This invitation-only event brings together top-level HR, Finance, IT, and Security executives to explore global perspectives around managing and cultivating the foundation of organizational success — their people.

In 2015, this exclusive event was held in Rome. This video opener for the conference set the tone for the entire weekend; executives in attendance needed to understand that today’s workplace has changed, and the people in your organization are no longer interested in a one-size-fits-all solution. The video is delivered through the viewpoint of an employee who just wants to be heard by the top-level managers.

The video is delivered across three screens in a small, intimate auditorium. It was very well received by the client and by the attendees; it was later re-tooled into a 16:9 format for YouTube and leveraged for six months as its own campaign for ADP.

Simplifying Work Life

Client: ADP

ADP WorkforceNow is a software solution that allows HR departments to automate many of their administrative and compliance responsibilities. By simplifying things like payroll, HR, time and benefits, organizations can focus instead on helping their employees become successful and growing their business.

A series of 8 videos were created to show off different features of the WorkforceNow solution. In this video, we meet Peter, who is eager to take a day off for his daughter’s soccer finals. By using the Workforce Now platform, he wastes no time in making the request, getting approvals, and confirming his day off.

People Make the Difference

In the aughts, a new workplace trend was brewing; companies were starting to acknowledge that business success was due to more than just products, services, or a proprietary business strategy—perhaps the biggest impact came from the people who made up their workforce. With this realization, the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry was born.

Up until this point, ADP has been well-known as a payroll processing institution but saw this budding industry as an opportunity to gain market share for their overlooked HR services. To help sell their HCM solutions to enterprises around the world, a campaign strategy was built around the tagline, People Make the Difference.

This video was used to kick of the launch of the marketing campaign, as well as a top-level overview to help customers understand the concept of Human Capital Management.

Bringing a New Brand to Life

Client: Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage (TSIB)

TSIB is a surety and insurance brokerage who was looking for a brand overhaul to help distinguish them further from their parent company, Turner. Thinkdm2 was the agency tapped for the rebranding effort.

TSIB was attending a national conference in Florida, and used this as the perfect opportunity to launch the new brand strategy and visual identity to their customers, industry professionals, and media. This video helps portray TSIB as the friendly insurance company that has construction in their DNA. They are experienced; knowledgable; and client-oriented. After the conference, the video continues to be used as a corporate branding video for new and prospective clients.
