Shaping tomorrow, together — a legacy continued

At the 2025 Retired Partner and Principal Meeting, EY brought together 2,000+ retired leaders in Orlando for three days of connection, insight, and celebration.

New this year: the Connections Hub — a relaxed space to recharge, reconnect, and explore EY today. Highlights included interactive demos, a cocktail tasting, EY-hosted kiosks, and a playful putting green nodding to our work in sports.

Outside the Hub, attendees joined learning sessions, heard from senior leaders, and enjoyed two high-energy evening receptions — all reinforcing EY’s strength and future focus.

I led art direction for key spaces, including the EY Connections Hub and two themed evening receptions. On-site, I managed photography from planning through curation, building a post-event image library for the alumni community.

The Roaring Soirée

The weekend began with a speakeasy-inspired evening — a subtle, sophisticated nod to the past. Dim lighting, vintage jazz, and classic cocktails created an intimate, inviting atmosphere that encouraged quiet connection and reflection among longtime colleagues and friends.

EY Beach Club

The event wrapped with a burst of energy at the EY Beach Party, a lively, open-air celebration with coastal flair. Palm trees, music, and a “Club EY” dance floor brought out a playful, celebratory spirit, ending the weekend on a high note filled with fun, appreciation, and togetherness.
