In 2017, Prudential’s CEO and the board of directors sought a theme that highlighted the importance of people in the workplace, recognizing them as the foundation of the company. The options presented reflected this vision, with the board selecting the design featured above, which went on to become the live report. Beginning in 2018, however, the new CEO opted for a more streamlined approach, favoring a simpler report with minimal branding.⬤
