AllianceBernstein (AB) is an asset management firm that applies high-quality research into today’s constantly changing financial environment. In 2017, AB wanted to revamp their career website to cater to associates looking to grow personally and professionally. AB offers on-the-job interactions and experiences, feedback and coaching, and a variety of programs to help their people succeed.

My role included structuring the information architecture, designing the UX interface, leading a custom photoshoot of actual employees, and managing the project and client relationship.
